Taelor Evans

Taelor joins Maier Gutierrez & Associates as an associate attorney with a focus on personal injury and business litigation cases. She leverages her background practicing law in both California and Nevada to bring excellent and efficient results to her clients. “After roles in law firms and as a law clerk, I am thrilled to return to helping people navigate their personal injury cases and business disputes,” she shares. “I enjoy helping my clients move past stressful times in their lives while getting them the help and the results that they need to move forward.”
Taelor was previously an associate attorney at Mainor Wirth LLP, where she helped clients through personal injury cases. Prior, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Ret. United States Magistrate Judge George W. Foley Jr. in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. Taelor also has experience in real estate and mortgage finance law in Nevada as an attorney at Wolfe & Wyman. After passing the California bar exam, she began her law career at a prestigious Newport Beach personal injury law firm, specializing in personal injury cases.
A proud native of Las Vegas, Taelor earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Nevada Las Vegas before attending law school at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. Taelor gradulated law school with cum laude honors and was also on the board of the Alternative Dispute Resolutions Team, Black Law Student Association, and the Moot Court Honor Society. In addition, she participated in moot court competitions and even won the best orator award in a moot court competition.
In her spare time, Taelor enjoys spending time with her husband and family, cooking, and playing with her English bulldog.
