Natalie Vazquez joined Maier Gutierrez & Associates as a paralegal in 2013 and is now responsible for Firm Compliance.  Natalie has broad experience in multiple practice areas, including employment, business, personal injury, and real estate law, as well as extensive trial experience in the Eighth Judicial District Court and United States District Court of Nevada.

“Responsible for Firm Compliance with Maier Gutierrez & Associates, I help review and evaluate our internal firm processes to improve and streamline our clients’ experience.  I also provide support training within our office so each team member is given the tools and training to ensure success for our clients.  I believe we can always do better and be better not only as a firm but also as individuals.  We believe that every single person who works at Maier Gutierrez & Associates is important regardless of title.  We strive to think outside the box to create new opportunities for our clients and to continuously separate ourselves from other firms.  I believe that by incorporating unique perspectives and ideas. We are a much more powerful team, which translates to making every case stronger and the firm better as a whole.  The goal is never to become complacent but rather continue to grow, which I hope to bring to the firm each and every day.”

Natalie graduated with an associate degree in Applied Science in Paralegal Studies.  She enjoys art, loves Bruce Lee and martial arts, and appreciates a wide variety of music from old hip-hop, soul/funk, rhythm, blues, rock, electronic, country, Latin, jazz, and reggae. She is a dog lover; traveling to Spain and Australia is on her bucket list.
