Will Gonzales is an associate with Maier Gutierrez and Associates. He is a highly dedicated attorney in the firm’s personal injury department, but Will’s practice also includes cases involving business and contract disputes, providing a broad range of legal services to his clients.

Born and raised in Aliso Viejo, California, Will attended the University of San Diego, where he played football for the Toreros. He earned a bachelor’s degree in communication studies, where his love for advocacy began. Will continued his education at UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law and passed the Nevada State Bar Exam in 2019.

Will began his legal career as an extern for the Honorable Stefany A. Miley and Timothy C. Williams, gaining valuable insights and experience in the judicial system. After passing the bar, Will practiced at some of the most prominent law firms in Southern Nevada, gaining experience at a large firm with a national footprint and others more locally focused. He has represented insurance companies, high-net-worth individuals, and large corporations in “bet-the-company” litigation. Will joined Maier Gutierrez and Associates because he is passionate about helping individuals in the local community and protecting Nevadans who have been wronged.

Will is honored to be voted a Super Lawyers Rising Star and a Nevada Top Rank Attorney by his legal peers. Will’s commitment to learning from and supporting Southern Nevada is further highlighted as a graduate of the Vegas Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Las Vegas program.

Will’s approach to helping clients is straightforward and reassuring. He acknowledges, “I understand the law is complex and intimidating to navigate. My priority is to simplify the legal process, making it easier for my clients to understand their rights at every step. I will always advocate for my clients’ best interest from our first meeting through trial.”

In his personal time, Will is a fan of the Las Vegas Raiders and never misses a game. He enjoys trying new restaurants with his wife, hiking in Red Rock Canyon, and spending time at the park with their dog, Theo. Will loves to travel, for relaxation and adventure, and hopes to one day return to Greece, where he and his wife honeymooned.
