Olivia N. VanTrease
Olivia is an attorney at Maier Gutierrez and Associates, where she focuses her practice on personal injury law, providing thoughtful and effective representation for her clients. Raised in Boise, Idaho, Olivia was influenced by the small, close-knit community and the outdoors, which instilled in her a strong work ethic and a lasting commitment to advocacy.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Boise State University before continuing to law school at the William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas. After law school, Olivia successfully passed the Idaho Bar and later chose to make Las Vegas her home, where she also successfully sat for the Nevada Bar. While serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Carli Kierny in the Eighth Judicial District Court, she gained invaluable insight into the judicial process and observed multiple high-profile trials, strengthening her understanding of courtroom dynamics and litigation strategies.
Outside of her legal career, Olivia enjoys exploring Las Vegas, trying new restaurants, attending sporting events, and experiencing the city’s renowned shows and live performances. She values staying connected to the people and places that make the city unique, a perspective she brings to her work as an attorney, approaching each personal injury case with energy, curiosity, and a client-focused, strategic mindset.
