Alondra G. Sanchez
Alondra Sanchez supports both legal operations and marketing, bringing a thoughtful, hands-on approach to her work across the firm. She started her career as a receptionist and, driven by curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding how cases progress from start to finish, has gained experience in many operational roles, including intake, case management, legal assistance, records, research, and administrative support.
In her current role, Alondra helps with marketing strategy, content, and campaign development, and leads the firm’s “MGA Cares” initiative, where she organizes community events and partnerships that embody the firm’s values and commitment to service. She also contributes to internal operations by analyzing workflows, supporting process improvements, and enhancing coordination across departments. Her approach is practical, collaborative, and increasingly focused on systems and efficiency.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Outside of work, she volunteers as a researcher for pro bono immigration clinics and enjoys reading and creating music.
