The Nevada desert is known for its abundance of outdoor recreational activities and use of All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs), also known as “quads.” As the use of ATVs or quads have increased, unfortunately so have accidents resulting in serious injury death. For example, the Consumer Product Safety Commission reports that in 2014 there were an estimated 93,700 ATV-related, emergency department-treated injuries in the United States.
If you have been injured in an ATV accident caused by faulty machinery or someone else’s negligence, you may be able to receive compensation for your injuries or losses. You may be entitled to compensation for repairs, medical bills, loss of past and future earnings, and pain and suffering.
