Kaytlenn Salinas is a records specialist at Maier Gutierrez & Associates. Her role includes obtaining client medical bills, records and balances from healthcare providers, and keeping client information up-to-date. Bilingual, Kaytlenn enjoys meeting and talking with the firm’s Spanish-speaking clients.

“I like how MGA is a welcoming place,” Kaytlenn says. “I like how personal the attorneys are—they are so involved throughout each case and are very approachable.” This is just the beginning of Kaytlenn’s career in law, as she majored in criminal justice at UNLV and graduated with her bachelor’s degree in May 2022. Kaytlenn is thrilled to learn new aspects of law; she is currently studying for the LSAT and plans to apply to law school.

When not at work, Kaytlenn enjoys nurturing her plants and playing with her Sheepadooodle puppy, Loki. Born in Las Cruces, New Mexico, she moved with her family to Las Vegas when she was four. Kaytlenn loves animals and likes to be creative, including painting watercolors.
