Caitlin J. Lorelli
Caitlin joins Maier Gutierrez & Associates as an of counsel attorney focusing on the representation of individuals and businesses in personal injury and business litigation matters. Looking forward to guiding the firm’s clients from start to finish in their cases, she says, “I have always been the type to stand up for people who cannot stand up for themselves. I like to use my voice and background to be an advocate for our clients.”
Before joining MGA, Caitlin was a partner at Winner Booze & Zarcone, one of Nevada’s most prestigious civil defense firms, where she successfully litigated cases through trial in both state and federal courts. This provides first-hand knowledge of insurance defense, which is invaluable insight in successfully advocating for MGA’s clients. She also served as an extern for the Honorable Justice Michael Douglas in the Nevada Supreme Court and the Honorable Judge Nancy Allf in the Eighth Judicial Court, as well as an intern for Caesars Entertainment Corporation with a focus on employment, real estate, and operations law.
Caitlin earned both her bachelor’s degree and juris doctorate at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she was a university honors scholar, a dean’s honor list recipient, and recipient of the Edwin B. Sutherland Award for graduating first in her undergraduate major. During law school, she received multiple awards, including four prestigious CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, given to the highest scoring student in each law school class. In addition, she graduated cum laude and was a member of the Society of Advocates, competing at the National Animal Law Competition at Harvard and the National Asylum Law Competition at UC Davis.
Caitlin moved to Las Vegas in 4th grade with her military family, who instilled in her the value of hard work and standing up for what is right. Prior to attending law school, Caitlin had a diverse background, including selling real estate, teaching in the Clark County School District, and working in the nightlife/modeling industry.
Caitlin loves fitness and sports; she is a huge San Francisco 49ers and Vegas Golden Knights fan. She enjoys spending time with her two rescue dogs, going to concerts, and being outdoors in her free time. Passionate about animal rights and saving animals, she is a board member of On My Way Home Rescue and a supporter of multiple local animal rescues.
